1. How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple. Browse our products. Select your preferred item. Click Place Your Order or Select Option to Add to Cart You'll be redirected to the checkout page to confirm your order. OR You'll be redirected to WhatsApp to confirm your order. (If you use the WhatsApp Order Button) Our team will guide you through payment and delivery arrangements.

2. How much notice do I need before placing an order?

We recommend placing your order as early as possible. General guideline: Cakes: 24–72 hours before delivery Small chops and food trays: At least 24 hours Custom celebration cakes: Several days' notice, depending on the design Bulk event orders: 3–7 days' notice Need an urgent order? Contact us and we'll let you know if we can accommodate it.

3. Do you accept same-day orders?

Yes, for selected products and subject to availability. Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing a same-day order.

4. Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within: Lagos State (Some parts of Lagos State) Ogun State (Some parts of Ogun State) If you're outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability.

5. Is delivery free?

20. What happens if I need to cancel my order?

Orders may only be cancelled before preparation begins. Once production has started, cancellation or refunds may no longer be possible. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

If preparation has not started, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us immediately.

22. What if my order arrives damaged?

Customer satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged due to delivery, please contact us immediately with clear photos, and we'll review the issue promptly.
